4-H Paws N Pals Dog Retreat packs everything dog into a fun filled 3 day, 2 night retreat in the hills of Western Maryland. We'll be "camping-in" the modern, air conditioned multi-purpose building at the Allegany County Fairgrounds. Attendees are invited to bring camping gear, including a tent to set up in the main room. Dog attendees must be crate trained and not have any separation anxiety issues or aggression problems. Attendees may come with or without a dog. Activities include dog quiz bowl (played like Jeopardy but with dog trivia), dog obedience sessions, Tellington Touch workshop, therapy dog workshop, grooming workshop, agiilty, flyball, canine freestyle, rally-O, junior showmanship, dog health workshop, dog arts and crafts, bake your dog biscuits, dog night at the movies, Dog Olympics, and more.
