By using SummerCampsUS.com  ("SCUS")  and its content, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered on or through the site you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). This service agreement may be updated and modified at any time and without notice to the registrant. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to the TOS.

Description of Service
The Services are a combination of content that we create and also content created by third parties. Some Services provide you and other users with an opportunity to submit reviews, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, messages, transmissions or material to us or others on or through that Service (collectively, the "Postings").

You understand that the Services are provided by SCUS "AS IS". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, integrity or quality of any content available on or through the Services. You acknowledge that you may not rely on any of this content, whether created by or submitted to us, including, but not limited to camp listings, reviews, articles, or literary quotations. 

You understand that from time to time, you may communicate with, receive communications from, or use the services and/or products of the third parties (e.g., advertisers) as a result of your use of the Services. All such communication, interaction and participation is strictly and solely between you and such third party and SCUS shall not be responsible or liable to you in any way in connection with these activities or transactions. You are also responsible for obtaining access to the Services and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).


Camp Listings
You understand that you are solely responsible for all Camp listings and other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, that are uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available from your email address on or through the Services. You further agree that your Listings will not violate the TOS. Specifically, your Listings will not contain any material that (i) is false, inaccurate, or misleading; (ii) infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) violates a nondisclosure agreement, or violates any law or regulation (including, without limitation, those governing export control, unfair competition, or false advertising); (iv) is defamatory, constitutes trade libel or product disparagement, or is unlawfully threatening or harassing; (v) is obscene or contains child pornography; (vi) is offensive or sexually suggestive or (vii) contains viruses or computer programming routines that may damage or interfere with the operation of any system, or unlawfully intercept any data or personal information.

You specifically grant to SCUS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display all Listings submitted by you or through your account, in whole or in part, and to incorporate them in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. You also give SCUS permission to copy your Listings as part of the normal backup process and to archive discussions containing your Listings.  You also give SCUS permission to post you listings on our partner websites.


Third Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies (Google) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
